Sundance Therapies is easy to get to. Just 20 minutes south of Providence in the little harbor town of East Greenwich, Sundance is right on Main Street, which is lined with independent shops, restaurants, and salons.

from the north

Head south on I-95 and take the left exit for Route 4 south. Immediately take exit 8 for Route 401. At the top of the exit ramp, turn right onto Division Street/Route 401. Remain on Route 401 (don’t veer left to follow Division Street) until you come to the traffic light at Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street. Sundance is at 410 Main Street, on the right. Look for the orange awning. There’s usually plenty of free, on-street parking.

from the south

Head north on I-95 and take exit 8A for Route 2 south. From Route 2, turn left onto Division Street/Route 401. Follow the directions above, from Route 401.

Balanced Touch is easy to get to, too! Located near East Side Market at One Richmond Square in the great city of Providence, Balanced Touch is in a lovely spot near the water.

from route 95

Please double check regarding construction and detours in the area. From I-95 in either direction, get on highway 195 east in Providence. Take the Gano Street exit.

The exit ramp ends at a stop sign at a T-intersection, facing the water. Take a left here. Go around a sharp turn; at the end of this ramp, take a right onto Gano Street. Pass Dunkin Donuts on your right. Turn right on Pitman Street. Pass East Side Market on your right. One Richmond Square is a large brick building complex on the left. There is usually parking available in the lot, or in the one across the street. Balanced Touch is in Suite 103K.
